Steve Mayeron represents clients in a wide variety of real estate and commercial finance transactions, with a concentration in secured financing transactions. Much of Steve’s finance practice focuses on secured lending and structured finance transactions in the energy industry, including the development and financing of wind, solar, biofuel and other energy facilities.

Paul Rachie practices in the areas of commercial lending and real estate law, with an emphasis on financing, acquisitions, sales, development and leasing of shopping centers, apartment complexes and office buildings. He is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist.

David W. Kelley

David Kelley devotes most of his practice to representing lenders in a wide variety of credit transactions, including construction and term commercial real estate loans, affordable housing loans, revolving and asset-based loans, letter-of-credit transactions and workouts. His clients include national and state banks, insurance companies, investment banks and municipal agencies.

Todd Phelps practices in the Real Estate department, where he assists clients in acquiring, developing, constructing, financing, leasing and selling of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, assisted-living/nursing homes, religious, mixed-use and multifamily properties.

Jerry Perron practices principally in the areas of real estate lending and development. Jerry’s finance experience involves representing lenders in local, regional and multistate credit transactions, including construction and term lending, revolving credit facilities and participations.

Rob Devolve uses his knowledge and experience in the areas of environmental, real estate and land use law to assist clients with a wide variety of matters. Rob chairs our Environmental Law practice group and a significant focus of his practice is counseling clients on environmental issues in corporate and real estate transactions, development projects, permitting and compliance.
