We represented the owner of this hotel in a condemnation by the Metropolitan Airport Commission for its new north-south runway.

We represented the county in the condemnation proceedings of the Twins ballpark site.

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis
We are serving the bank to obtain a fair tax assessment on its new Minneapolis facility completed in 1997. In the past we also obtained a reduction in property taxes on the Federal Reserve Bank's earlier Minneapolis facility.
General Mills, Inc.
We represented General Mills in connection with the partial taking of its headquarters property for the construction of Highway 394.
Hyatt Regency Hotel
We negotiated significant valuation reductions in the Hyatt's property taxes for several years. The resulting tax savings exceeded $500,000 per year.
Waldorf Corporation
For Waldorf Corporation's main facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota, we negotiated a substantial property tax reduction resulting in a tax savings of more than $1 million for each of four successive years.
