The Employee Free Choice Act

Today’s unions are fighting to survive. In order to stay alive, they must increase their organization efforts. The Employee Free Choice Act has the potential to radically change labor relations as we know it. If it passes in its current form, employers will need to be proactive if they want to remain union free.
