A recent article by Finance & Commerce names Leonard, Street and Deinard shareholder, Shaun McElhatton, as "the man to see for developers and investors hoping to get into (or expand their presence in) condominiums, townhomes and other multifamily housing". McElhatton, a Harvard Law graduate and a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, focuses his practice on housing development, with particular experience in condominiums and town homes. He took time this week to answer questions from Finance & Commerce about the legal and market climates for Twin Cities housing developers.
