Leonard, Street and Deinard shareholders Anh Le Kremer and Jill Radloff have been named among 2010's "Up & Coming Attorneys" by Minnesota Lawyer.
Kremer's experience ranges from litigating complex business and employment disputes to counseling clients with a wide range of business issues.
A global citizen with an interest in world cultures and international business, Kremer has also represented Minnesota businesses embroiled in litigation and arbitration in foreign markets, and she currently assists companies engaged in business in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. In March, Kremer was a featured speaker at a seminar on doing business in Vietnam, which she also co-hosted with the Minnesota Trade Office.
"Anh has been tremendously productive since joining the firm," says Michael Taylor, who chairs the litigation division at Leonard, Street and Deinard. "She's not only an accomplished litigator, she's also an eager contributor to the bench and bar communities and to the life of the firm."
Kremer complements her day-to-day activities with service on the board of directors of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar association. She is also the Eighth Circuit Vice President of the National Federal Bar Association, as well as a former adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law.
Radloff focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law. Her mergers and acquisition experience includes stock and asset purchases of a full range of sizes, representing both buyers and sellers. She represents a number of venture capital and private equity funds in their investment activities throughout the country. She regularly advises public company clients on SEC compliance and has also worked on a number of cross-border transactions and financings.
"It's remarkable that someone so early in her career is already so capable," says Tim Pabst, who chairs the firm's business division. "Jill truly excels in her field, often handling all aspects of mergers and acquisitions—even in nine-figure deals."
