Angela Bohmann, current chair of the firm's Compensation and Employee Benefits practice group, has been invited to become a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC) at an induction ceremony to be held in September. This elite group of recognized employee benefits attorneys has only two other Fellows from the State of Minnesota. There are many qualifications for membership as a Fellow of the College, three of which are:
- The individual has demonstrated a sustained commitment to the development and pursuit of public awareness and understanding of the law of employee benefits;
- The individual has consistently exhibited exemplary character and ethical behavior; and
- The individual is generally recognized by is or her peers for expertise in the field and intellectual excellence.
The College is dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public’s understanding of the practice of employee benefits law. In pursuit of this goal, the College encourages the study and development of employee benefits laws, initiates professional discussions of significant employee benefits issues and sponsors an extensive list of continuing legal education programs.
