Robert Kugler, chair of the firm's bankruptcy practice, was quoted in Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal regarding Buffets Holdings' reorganization plan. The corporate parent of Eagan-based Buffets Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection in January 2008. Buffets is expecting to gain stability after it emerges from bankruptcy sometime in the first quarter of 2009.
