Four New Shareholders Elected

Four attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm at Leonard, Street and Deinard. The newly elected shareholders are:

David D. Axtell, who focuses his practice in intellectual property and information technology counseling and litigation. He received his law degree, with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in biology from Grinnell College.

Monica L. Davies, who focuses her practice primarily on the representation of lenders, insurers and other financial institutions in complex civil litigation, and has litigated such matters throughout the country.  She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in psychology and sociology from the University of South Dakota. She has been named a “Rising Star” by her peers, as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

Amy Walsh Kern, who focuses her practice in employment and labor law. She received her law degree, summa cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School and a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College.

Bryant D. Tchida, who focuses his practice in complex business and class action litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of securities litigation/arbitration and financial services litigation. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from University of South Dakota.
