Rob Kugler, chair of the firm’s bankruptcy practice, was recently quoted in a Pioneer Press article that discusses Sun Country Airlines. The airline has started to pay workers back the deferred portions of their paychecks that were withheld earlier this fall. Kugler commented on the possibility of the airline being purchased, with at least one offer having been already made.
