Published since 1983, The Best Lawyers in America features lists that are compiled through an exhaustive peer-review survey in which thousands of the top lawyers in the U.S. confidentially evaluate their professional peers. This year, Best Lawyers also conducted a telephone poll in Minnesota, prompting them to add new practice areas to their listing. Consequently, these 10 individuals have been named among the Best Lawyers reflecting the newly added practice areas.

Because they were added after the 12th edition of The Best Lawyers in America went to print, they will be included in 2007 print edition of the Best Lawyers publication. In the meantime, their names will appear on the Best Lawyers web site (www.bestlawyers.com) and in the May 2006 edition of Minnesota Monthly magazine.
