Nine New Shareholders Elected

Nine attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm at Leonard, Street and Deinard.

The newly elected shareholders are:

• Douglas R. Boettge, who focuses his practice in business and commercial litigation and class action litigation. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He has been recognized by his peers as a “Rising Star” as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics.

• Miki K. Griffin, who focuses her practice in intellectual property and information technology. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.

• Timothy P. Griffin, who focuses his practice in business, commercial and product liability litigation. He received his law degree with a concentration in commercial law from Hamline University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been recognized by his peers as a “Rising Star” as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics.

• Shannon D. Hoagland, who focuses her practice on real estate law. She is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist. Hoagland received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Carthage College. She has been recognized by her peers as a “Rising Star,” as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics.

• Steven B. Mayeron, who focuses his practice in real estate, banking and lending, housing and public finance. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.

• Brian M. Meloy, who focuses his practice in energy law and regulated industries. He received his law degree, with high distinction, from University of Iowa College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

• David G. Parry, who focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation and construction law. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles.

• Kelly L. Quam, who focuses her practice in real estate. She received her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke.

• Doris E. Yock, who focuses her practice on intellectual property, primarily trademark and copyright matters. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, a master’s degree from Brandeis University and a bachelor’s degree with honors and distinction from Simmons College.
