Leonard, Street and Deinard attorneys Stephen Quinlivan, Jeff Cotter, Jill Radloff and David Seno will present a one-hour CLE presentation, "New Option Expensing Rules" on April 14, 2005. This lunch presentation will discuss new accounting rules for grants of stock options and other equity instruments, as well as the effect these rules will have on public and private companies.
