We have helped clients seeking to build or rehabilitate affordable multifamily rental housing, mixed-use and mixed income developments, and affordable for-sale housing, including cooperatives, condominiums and townhomes, using diverse tools such as tax-exempt and taxable multifamily housing revenue bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds, low income housing tax credits, HOME funds, FHA-insured loans, tax-increment financing, historic and new markets tax credits, CDBG funds, HUD financing, state and federal preservation programs, Section 8 subsidies, ground leases, state and local loan and grant sources, housing trusts, and the formation of nonprofit housing corporations.
