Construction attorney and Shareholder, Bob Huber, will be presenting at the Mid-Winter meeting of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry, in Houston. The presentation will take place on February 3 from 10:15 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.

Bob will co-present "What have we learned from the I-35W Tragedy" which will provide an overview of the lawsuits associated with the I-35W bridge collapse, an analysis of two noteworthy appellate court decisions that address the interplay between contribution, indemnity and repose, as well as special statutory catastrophe victim compensation schemes.
