Leonard, Street and Deinard shareholder Angela Bohmann will present a webinar for the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education Employment Law Series on the topic of “Workplace Wellness Programs – Legal Issues and Risks.” Employee wellness programs are becoming more prevalent in the workplace. Such programs can boost morale, improve health and fitness and increase productivity. However, designing and implementing such programs is not without risk. Angela will describe the legal issues and risks associated with effective workplace wellness programs and provide guidance on addressing those risks. One hour of CLE credit has been applied for.
