Keith Moheban will be moderating the MSBA CLE seminar "How to Litigate the Civil Case in MN," on Thursday, December 1. In addition to coordinating the full day of speakers, Keith will also be moderating the judicial panel discussion “Discovery – Judicial Enforcement” with Judge Susan N. Burke; 4th Judicial District; Minneapolis, Judge Regina M. Chu; 4th Judicial District; Minneapolis and Judge Mary Carroll Leahy; 3rd Judicial District; Winona.

All seminar attendees will receive a copy of the Minnesota State District Court Civil Practice Deskbook, 1st edition, edited by Keith Moheban and Kenneth White. Kenneth will co-moderate the day's presentations with Keith.

The seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m and last until 4:45 p.m. and will take place at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, 600 Nicollet Mall, Suite 370, Seventh Street & Nicollet Mall, Third Floor City Center.
