Attorney, Keith Moheban, will present on the topic of "Non-Disclosure and Confidentialty Agreements" on October 31. The  MSBA CLE session will cover "Advanced Contract Issues for In-House Counsel" and will take place at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, Third Floor City Center, Minneapolis.
