Pete Thrane will speak at the Actuaries Section Meeting of the National Fraternal Congress of America (NFCA) on the morning of June 4, 2010 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He will address recent state developments in the application of risk-based capital financial regulation to fraternal benefit societies. He is appearing as a representative of the NFCA Law Committee.
