Joining a distinguished group of presenters, Bill Greene, a shareholder in our Litigation Division, will speak at PLI’s Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics.

The two-day advanced program, held at the University of Chicago, is intended for in-house corporate counsel and attorneys in government and private practice with responsibility for, or interest in, antitrust matters.

Bill’s presentation will delve into monopolization, including topics like Section 2 of the Sherman Act, essential case law updates, defining relevant markets and market power, and price squeeze claims, among others.
