Relationships are important to one's success in the workplace. We ensure that every summer associate begins his or her career with an associate mentor and a shareholder mentor. These mentors are available to provide guidance throughout the summer program. We also offer continual support and coaching from our associate coordinators and our recruiting staff.
Every summer associate receives a legal writing coach. The coaches are legal writing professors from local law schools and are available for consultation and feedback on writing throughout the summer.
In addition to assigning mentors and a writing coach, our summer program is filled with activities providing ample opportunity to interact with members of the firm. These activities include practice group lunches, our summer lunch program and a variety of social events throughout the summer.
