Professional Development

For all new lateral attorney hires, Leonard, Street and Deinard offers immediate access to two programs that enhance individual growth and professional development.

PACE

The PACE program helps new hires skillfully navigate administrative channels, easily access our extensive resources and clearly understand the culture and structure of our firm. This program provides the training, resources and information needed by new employees to foster professional and personal success at Leonard, Street and Deinard. All new employees will be contacted approximately three times throughout their first year by a Human Resources staff member who will provide insight and direction, facilitate additional training, and ensure you’re positioned for success.

Deinard University

Learning tracks are customized—and progress evaluated—based on individual employee goals.
