Todd Phelps practices in the Real Estate department, where he assists clients in acquiring, developing, constructing, financing, leasing and selling of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, assisted-living/nursing homes, religious, mixed-use and multifamily properties. Todd is a Real Property Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he has significant experience in the area of consumer finance regulations.
Todd has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®-Rising Stars. He is co-chair of the Leonard, Street and Deinard Legal Clinic Committee and a member of the Pro Bono Committee, and he received an award for Pro Bono Service to the Indigent.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial clerk for the Honorable James C. Harten of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Prior to law school he served as a captain in the U.S. Army.
