Tim Welch is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist. His practice is largely transactional, involving commercial real estate, family-owned businesses, and related sales and financing.
Tim has significant experience in government relations at the municipal level, including zoning, licensing and development issues. In addition, he provides general representation of companies engaged in manufacturing, distribution and retail sales; developers and owners of numerous multifamily and commercial properties; landlords and tenants in all facets of leasing; and lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing.
In his sports and entertainment practice, Tim represented the Minnesota Wild™ in the leasing and construction of Xcel Energy Center and led a team involved with the development of Target Field, the new outdoor ballpark for the Minnesota Twins.
Managing complex problems for business clients, Tim works with the appropriate firm departments to resolve clients' problems and achieve their goals.
