Tim Kelley is a shareholder practicing in the areas of banking, real estate and regulatory litigation. Tim assists lenders, landlords and other clients in the banking and real estate industries with their complex litigation needs, including mortgage foreclosures, commercial loan default remedies, UCC Article 9 collection actions, unlawful detainers, leasing disputes, regulatory matters and other commercial disputes. Tim has litigated every aspect of both lender and landlord relationships and appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country.
In addition to representing some of the largest landlords in the region, Tim’s clients include local, regional and national financial institutions. Specifically, Tim assists the firm in its representation of one of the largest commercial and residential mortgage lenders in disputes involving mortgage fraud, contested foreclosures and mortgage priority in courts throughout the country.
