Stuart Alger is a shareholder in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Real Estate department, where he focuses his practice on serving clients with disputed matters in real estate and land use. He has represented both private and public sector clients with disputes involving eminent domain/condemnation, special assessment, purchase and sale agreements, and planning approvals.
Prior to joining the firm, Stuart spent five years as an attorney in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, where he handled eminent domain and construction litigation matters. After law school, he served as law clerk to Justice Edward Stringer and Chief Justice Russell Anderson at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
