Steve Pflaum has practiced corporate law in Minneapolis for more than 40 years. During that time he has served as a director of, and general counsel to, more than 20 privately owned business corporations and public, nonprofit and charitable organizations. His current clients are in the areas of banking, investment banking, manufacturing, construction, energy and the service industries. His practice is primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions, securities, business finance and general corporate law.
