Steve Litman focuses his practice in the areas of tax, estate and business planning, and probate and trust administration. Steve formerly was chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Tax, Estate Planning and Probate practice group. He was also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Finance and Compensation Committees for over a decade.

Steve has lectured at many national and local law institutes, including The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Steve is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Insurance Subcommittee and its Business Planning Committee, which largely deals with tax and planning issues that affect family businesses. In addition, he has been named among The Best Lawyers in America in the area of trusts and estates.
