Ryan McGary is an associate in the firm’s Health Law practice. He assists clients with various corporate and regulatory compliance matters, fraud and abuse laws, state transparency reporting laws, and transactional issues.

Ryan’s previous experience includes three years in the health law group at Lindquist & Vennum in Minneapolis and serving as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, where he researched and drafted appellate briefs and summary judgment motions, prepared legal memoranda and evaluated discovery requests.

Prior to law school, Ryan spent five years as the executive director of the Minnesota Thunder P.L.U.S., a soccer-based leadership program for underserved urban youth. He was also the grassroots legislative liaison for the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and a legislative assistant for Messerli & Kramer, a government relations firm in Saint Paul.
