Bob Torgerson is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s Construction practice group. A past chair of the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, he currently chairs Leonard, Street and Deinard's green building and sustainable design group.
Bob serves as construction counsel for businesses large, medium and small. He is national construction counsel for Fortune 100 companies and has represented specialty subcontractors, general contractors, design-builders, design professionals and owners/developers to assess and successfully resolve construction disputes of nearly all kinds on public and private projects.
In its 2010 Guide to America’s Leading Business Lawyers, Chambers USA ranked Bob as a leading construction attorney in Minnesota and identified the firm’s Construction practice as “deep and active” and having “a sterling reputation for acting as national construction counsel to general contractors.”
Bob regularly presents construction programs for attorneys, clients and trade associations. He is a past recipient of the firm’s Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of pro bono service to the community.
