Rob Schumann, a shareholder in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s St. Cloud office, is a business lawyer focusing on the representation of entrepreneurial family and closely held private companies in all aspects of their business, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, family succession planning, start-up planning and business formation matters, business re-organization, and assisting companies in selling their business and acquiring new businesses.

Rob has extensive experience in representing both buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including both stock and asset transactions ranging from small family businesses to large corporate mergers and acquisitions, including numerous multimillion-dollar transactions as well as those smaller in size.

Rob represents clients in several industries, including auto and truck dealerships, construction and real estate development companies, and many others within the sports and entertainment, manufacturing, retail and professional service industries.

Rob is also involved in various community organizations, including Sertoma, United Cerebral Palsy, Emerging Leaders Forum and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
