Rick Pepin has extensive experience in providing general counsel services to companies engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, service and sports sectors, and has served as chair of the firm’s Corporate practice group. Rick is a Director Emeritus and former chair of the Compensation Committee of TerraLex®, an international network of independent law firms, of which Leonard, Street and Deinard is the exclusive Minnesota member.
