Paul Rachie practices in the areas of commercial lending and real estate law, with an emphasis on financing, acquisitions, sales, development and leasing of shopping centers, apartment complexes and office buildings. He is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist. Paul has extensive experience in complex multistate loan transactions, having represented numerous banks, life insurance companies and other lending institutions, as well as entities acquiring or financing multistate real estate portfolios.
