Nicole Strydom practices in the areas of securities law and corporate law at Leonard, Street and Deinard. She has assisted clients in matters pertaining to corporate formation, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, blue sky registration, and private and public offerings. During law school, Nicole was a judicial extern to the Honorable Nancy C. Dreher, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.
Prior to practicing law, Nicole was a professional cellist who performed in a symphony orchestra and as a chamber musician. Her rigorous classical music training gives her a unique perspective on the importance of disciplined preparation and the ability to find creative solutions to intricate problems.
