Moe Sherman is senior counsel and former chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Corporate practice group. With 50 years of experience, Moe is widely recognized as one of the preeminent business lawyers in Minnesota. His practice includes general representation of public and private companies as well as mergers and acquisitions, sales of business, and financings. He has developed close counselor relationships with his clients because of his business and legal judgment and proactive approach to developing plans based on the client’s business and objectives.
