Michael Jacobs is a corporate attorney in our Mankato office who advises start-up companies, closely held businesses, as well as larger private and publicly traded companies in all aspects of business, corporate, transactional and commercial real estate matters. Michael also provides outside general counsel services to small- and medium-sized companies and assists with business structuring and planning shareholder agreements, financings, shareholder disputes, succession planning and general corporate counseling. Michael has handled a wide variety of multimillion-dollar transactions in a broad range of industries, including representing both buyers and sellers in negotiated corporate, real estate and financing deals for both public and private companies.
