Mark Jacobson is the chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Auto and Truck Dealership practice. He has spent more than 30 years counseling and representing private and family businesses, with a special concentration on auto, heavy-duty truck and recreational vehicle dealerships. His services include general corporate, business and partnership representation, motor vehicle franchise law, business succession planning, and business sales and acquisitions.
