Practice Areas
Lara Page is a member of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Banking and Financial Services group. Lara’s practice involves representing commercial and institutional lenders in a wide variety of transactions, with a focus on secured lending and bank financing.
Lara’s experience includes complex corporate and financial structuring and restructuring, asset-based credit facilities, real estate financing arrangements and acquisition financing. She regularly works with other practice groups within the firm, representing corporate borrowers, developers, acquirers, sellers and financial institutions. Lara has significant experience in entity formation and governance, private equity fund administration and corporate transactional matters.
Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard, Lara practiced in the New York office of White & Case LLP, representing clients in a wide range of corporate transactional matters.
During law school, Lara served as an intern in the Special Prosecutions Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office, as well as in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Lara was also an editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
