Practice Areas
Kristin Berger Parker is an associate in the Employment and Labor practice groups. She has experience litigating various employment issues in federal and state court, including noncompetition and nonsolicitation provisions and claims under federal and state non-discrimination statutes and the FMLA. She also counsels a variety of clients on employment matters including: hiring and firing, noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, wage and hour matters, and affirmative action/EEO plans.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Gibson, Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. During law school, Kristin served as a summer associate for Leonard, Street and Deinard and as an intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
