Practice Areas
Katie Devlaminck focuses her practice on complex business and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in the area of class action defense and consumer financial services litigation. She is an associate in the Class Action and Financial Services Litigation group representing clients on a diverse array of legal issues, including consumer fraud, bankruptcy, employment, construction, and insurance. Katie also represents pro bono clients on asylum matters.
In law school, Katie counseled clients through the Special Education Law Clinic, interned for the Women’s Program at Advocates for Human Rights in Minneapolis, and served as an articles editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law. Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard, Katie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
