Jack Regan is senior counsel and founder of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Mankato office. He has extensive experience with closely held businesses, corporate representation and tax law, estate planning, and probate law. Jack focuses his practice on business acquisitions, dispositions, buy-sell, redemption agreement transactions, and estate and tax planning for closely held and family business owners in business and professional practices.
