Jerry Perron practices principally in the areas of real estate lending and development. Jerry’s finance experience involves representing lenders in local, regional and multistate credit transactions, including construction and term lending, revolving credit facilities and participations. His real estate development practice includes representation of national home builders in acquisition, sales and development of residential subdivision projects in Minnesota. The balance of Jerry’s practice includes commercial development and leasing.

Jerry is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist. He has been recognized multiple times as a Rising Star® by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.
