Jen Kopischke practices in the areas of securities law and general corporate law. Previously a complex business litigator, Jen represented clients in securities litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial services litigation and SEC enforcement actions. In addition to her corporate transactional work, Jen also provides pro bono legal services through the Leonard, Street and Deinard Legal Clinic.
While in law school, Jen worked as a research assistant for several professors, as an intern at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and as a semester law clerk to the Honorable Judge Heidi Shellhaas of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Before joining Leonard, Street and Deinard as an attorney, she worked at the firm as a summer associate. Prior to entering the legal profession, Jen worked as a consumer insights coordinator and wellness supervisor for eq-life, inc.
