Jen Frohne practices in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Previously a complex business litigator, Jen represented clients in securities litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial services litigation and SEC enforcement actions. Jen draws upon her litigation experience to counsel clients on compliance measures and litigation avoidance strategies.

While in law school, Jen worked as a research assistant for several professors, as an intern at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and as a semester law clerk to the Honorable Judge Heidi Shellhaas of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Before joining Leonard, Street and Deinard as an attorney, she worked at the firm as a summer associate. Prior to entering the legal profession, Jen worked as a consumer insights coordinator and wellness supervisor for eq-life, inc.
