Jason Engelhart is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Health Law practice group. He advises healthcare providers, third-party payors and other companies in the healthcare industry on a variety of issues, including fraud and abuse law (including the federal Stark and anti-kickback laws), Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and other regulatory compliance matters.

While in law school, Jason served as an extern to two federal judges: the Honorable John R. Tunheim of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Honorable G. Patrick Murphy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
