Jane practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Charitable Giving and Probate and Trust law, including litigated probate and trust matters. She has extensive experience advising trustees and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration, including disputed matters.

Jane is named among The Best Lawyers in America for her work in Trusts and Estates, specifically in the areas of Estate Planning, Fiduciary Duties, Gift Planning, Litigation, Probate, Succession Planning and Trust Administration, and has been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers® since 2009 for her practice in Estate Planning & Probate and Estate & Trust Litigation.
