Erica Lewis works with attorneys within Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Immigration Law practice group, where she primarily supports employment-based immigration. She is responsible for the preparation of applications and petitions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor on behalf of local and national clients who seek to hire or transfer non-U.S. executives and employees. Her support includes all stages of the immigration process, including permanent residence and naturalization. She aids attorneys in keeping U.S.-based employers current on employment-related immigration laws and compliance.

Erica is also active with the firm’s Legal Clinic, providing assistance to attorneys who represent indigent clients in a variety of immigration matters. She draws on her more than 10 years of experience in the field, which includes filing family-based immigration applications and applications for asylum. Additionally, she is fluent in Hmong.
