Eric Skytte focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and securities law. Eric has experience in counseling clients of all sizes in corporate formation, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and other complex transactions.

Eric represents clients across a range of industries, with a particular emphasis in the areas of technology, medical technology and medical device, and financial services. His transaction experience includes representing issuers and investors in private equity transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property licensing.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Magnuson, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®-Rising Stars.
