Don Campbell practices in the areas of commercial and finance lease disputes, financial services and life insurance litigation, insurance coverage, product liability and tort litigation (including personal injury and toxic tort [asbestos] defense), and transportation litigation (rail, air, trucking and pipeline). As part of his nationwide practice, Don has served as first- and second-chair counsel on multiple bench and jury trials, arbitrations and appellate arguments. Presently, he has litigated cases in more than 15 states and federal judicial districts.
