David Parry joined Leonard, Street and Deinard in 2004. Practicing in the areas of Construction Law and Business and Commercial Litigation, Dave represents clients in federal and state court proceedings and arbitrations throughout Minnesota and the United States. His appellate practice has included oral argument in federal and state appellate courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Dave has experience handling a variety of business, commercial and construction-related disputes, including shareholder and partnership litigation, contract issues, antitrust, and construction design, defect and delay claims.
