Practice Areas
David Naples practices in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Mankato office. His practice focuses on tax, estate and business planning, and probate and trust administration. David counsels clients on the successful transfer of family-owned business and other assets between generations. David advises closely held businesses during their life cycle, from initial organization through maturity. He handles a full range of legal work, including formation, key contractual relationships, acquisition of new businesses and the divesture and restructuring of existing businesses. David also works with clients on governance matters, strategic alliances, equity investments and executive compensation.
David has lectured for continuing legal education, the American Bar Association, the National Business Institute and civic groups on various estate and income tax planning and business succession planning topics.
